Budget Battery (ideas and suggestions, please)?

So. I've tried almost all other instruments and devoted much time to each. To put simple, musically, I seem to have no talent for singing, guitar, piano, etc, but I never tried to drum except Rockband / Guitar hero. I have the construction of a drummer, I think pretty good rhythm and coordination between bass, drums and other drums … things. so yes, I want to try. The The problem is that I'm working curruntly minimum wage and have several other priorities, so it could potentially replace only 200 pounds more or less in this experiment. Drums must be electronic as my neighbored are not very happy with the noise, but other than that, I'm open to the idea. I was thinking about getting the kit ion battery for the 360 (and also benefit my Guitarhero / Rockband drums, but I have not been able to find much in the way of the pros and cons Thank you.) So, please, suggestions? (BTW, I live in the UK, if that will make any difference))

Too bad not in Cyprus (where I live) I saw a kit (wire) the other day in a store and was half offer special prices for a week, and was so nice, like a regular kit (not rubber things) and 400 euros! sorry that I have that much money. My suggestion before you leave and come to the conclusion that you want to play drums is to try first, if all still had difficulty dealing with other instruments, then you better play it safe. electric kits, I would not advise buying only one cheap. With a regular team, is good, because you can upgrade the heads and cymbals. But with electricity, it needs a whole team knew it! But, again, depends on how seriously they are taking this new hobby. My suggestion, I do not know if you have a place like that exists, but I suggest you go and get music lessons in school or what I did, my music store taught local and I went to a couple of weeks at first there for classes and practiced at home on my pillow and then buy a practice pad, and finally saved and has a kit and things went from there … Ask what the teacher thinks and if you really have what it takes. The drums are not so easy, time seems easy, but when think about it, feet and arms are each at different speeds in full, at the same time! What I can do to minimize the sound, I bought pads rubber cover that cushions the drums sound because I hate when people hear me. I can not stress how important it is. I found drums relatively easy at first and be amazed at what I could do the exercises, but then I realized that becomes very complicated, and if you do not know how to count in his head during the game, you're screwed!
