Beginner Guitar Exercises Tab

I know a good number of chords including most of the major and quite a few of the minor but I find myself lacking when trying to play a song with a tab, or anything for that matter, are there any exercises or ways to help increase my speed and hand coordination because even practicing chord changes and very slow and easy songs that I can do somewhat I don’t seem to be improving at all.
the best way is to get a guitar tutor/teacher but if you don’t want to have one.. you may want to search for guitar methods and excercises in the internet..
