Recommended guitar guide please?
Okay, I know nothing about playing an instrument or read music, but I decided that I want to learn guiter, how to play too. I have a classical acoustic guitar and no idea how to make it sound decent. I would appreciate it if anyone has a trusted guide, the easy to follow and help me, can recommend the best of my wooden friend. And if it helps music, I'm interested in classic games. and I would also like to use my guitar for people to sing along or singing by myself just for fun.
To learn how to read sheet music to buy Mel Bay's Modern Guitar Method 1 It is a good book to learn the notes on the fingerboard of the guitar, with a lot of songs, ranging studies and pictures / graphics. Also shows you how guitar should collect and keep, and know a few other basic things every guitarist section. Teach Yourself Visually also pick up guitar, scales, notes and the guitar but the majority which focuses on the chords (which you need modern songs to play), and goes into more guitar-oriented issues as Mel Bay. The reason I say Bay is now both because Mel strong marks, while Teach Yourself covers everything else mentioned notes and scales.
