Electric Bass Guitar Vst

I play the electric guitar and bass, is there a program that can use Windows or Mac that alters the sound?
I want to be able to play my electric guitar on my computer and output of an orchestra or violin sound like the sound of an organ. I would use a keyboard, but it is natural with the guitar. Is there a program VST or something?
i dont know if this is what I know, but just google plugings VST. Try using some of them with Audacity. Seems to work well with it plus you can burn your music in that program. It also comes with effects on it, plus it's all free. Here is the link http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Free VST plugins http://www.google.com/ # hl = en & source = CV & q = Free + vst + plugins & aq = 0 & aqi = G-10 and NCA = & q = free + Vst and gs_rfai = C3Dvt15ITTMWlI6X4Mdrq-ecKAAAAqgQFT9DhMfk and fp = a3c13f954bf61e86 Hope this helps good luck.
