Clean electric guitar pickups?

Hello, I play a Mexican defender hss stratocaster hss made through a spider line 5 amps. I bought a Seymour Duncan invader and put it on the bridge so you can get some nice distorted sounds dirty. I play with distortion most of the time and my style altnerative main punk pop punk. but for some parts i need a good clean, warm sound. Obvisouly I can not get to the invader. Anyone know of some pills single coil that I can get a good clean sound? thanks

Hello! The problem I found in using the stock Fender pickups is that they are noisy, even with moderate amounts of profit. If used with a very small gain, the timbre bright and thin. When you are playing with a full band, or let run notes together or keep, the noise is less perceptible. I tried various incarnations of Fender pickups, plus replacements, Seymour-Duncan, while the tone ranges from a low acceptable exception, all of them were noisy when used with high volume. In desperation, I tried the DiMarzio Virtual Vintage Series (see http://www.dimarzio.com/site/ # / Pad /, essentially a humbucker fits into a footprint of a single coil). I installed the Area 58 in the neck and middle positions, along with a Virtual Vintage 54 Pro on the bridge, and was treated with a wonderful balance of real time and very focused Fender tone and smooth overdrive (no noise!). Even the tone of the neck position (I've never used before, because it was too "hot") was detailed and clear. A new truck will cost $ 60, but bargains can be found at sites eBay and other equipment used. If you want to stop the distortion all the time, and change positions only collected for the clean sound, only further amending DiMarzio string. These particular pills tend to be very sensitive to height adjustment. I hope some of this aid. Best regards, Dana
