Fender Guitar Factory Seconds

What happens to my Les Paul?
I have an Epiphone Les Paul Standard. When I'm playing sometimes when changing the lever, the guitar volume if I lose Sometimes they come back quickly playing in only 1 or 2 seconds, and sometimes takes longer. Does the lever is worn out already? By the way, my amp is a Fender Frontman 212R (In case some of you know if these amps are bad site or anything). Thank you and if you know something please answer me, I love my guitar and I would not have to change his or something
Although it is always possible that pills may be faulty, I would check the pickup selector and the points Output making first contact. Expose the wiring on the back of the guitar, and clean the electrical contact surfaces with a cotton swab and alcohol. Make sure the contact points are making a firm connection, and look for loose or broken wires that may be contributing to the issue. I do not think amp was at fault, since the problem only occurs when you change pickups. I want to know if I can get more help. Best regards, Dana
