Trying out guitars in a store?

Well, I've never tried the guitar in a store before. This is because I have two guitars: an entry-level nooby electric (Fender Starcaster) from Best Buy and a fairly good, cheap acoustic (Master of Gibson). I've been playing for about 2 years and need an electrical again. "You just walk and take a shelf off the wall or you need permission first? Not even have to connect because I give a damn pills at this time is all about how the body is comfortable (Dean). ML just curious is all, thanks for any help. AT3000 responses took the Dean of a list I made (it looks outside just a small factor), but there is a list:)

Having worked in music stores I can say I always appreciate it when someone asks you first. It's only polite to do so. Usually, you will be met when entering and when I ask usually get a response of "clear!" or "forward!". Be sure to tell the sales person you are looking to buy in the near future and tell them the price ranges that it is facing in general, be more than happy to help and suggests several possibilities. Since you are looking for their first "good" electric guitar (starcaster is crap) be sure to try several different models. You may have chosen the Dean for looks, but that is not the best way to choose a guitar. Choose a guitar for what it feels like is played and how it sounds plugged in you should be concerned with pickups and electronics, because that is what an electric guitar is everything! It is much easier to buy a good guitar with pills rather than getting a good guitar and have to switch pills because it has the right sound for you. Be demanding, after all, will play this guitar a lot and probably for a long time. Take your time and play many different guitars, and go to several stores until you find some that really stand out in your mind. Go back a few times and play. No hurry to get a new guitar.
