How to become a builder of guitars?

Hi I've been playing guitar for a couple of years and I started playing I took a long time I realize that guitar to be the main focus of my life. I am also interested in tinkering with things. Especially guitars. I have a fair amount of knowledge on how the electronics and how everything else works and how to set up a guitar and all those fun things. But I'm pretty sure that no can enter the Gibson factory in Nashville and say, "I can do this" and expect to be hired. I want to know how to get the appropriate training ( example, what kind of school to go to) and find the things I need to live my second dream (next to be a rock star: D) I'm fifteen years old and in school and I'm starting to get to that point where I have to make a decision on what schools to go and things. Any help would be fantastic! Thanks!

I to say, from my own experience, the best you can do is study music in school. You want to be a musician, above all by what I study. We also study some business. Focus on business grade if possible. From there you can be in a good position to be a musician, who owns the music shop, manufacturing company guitar, or anything else you can imagine. If you study music business will have a good background. Also, just as a tip, try to get a job at a music store in college. You can then work on guitars for people and have a good idea of many different types of guitars. Never can work in a factory, but can be a guitar renew. Someone re-fret guitars and such. Study business and music and see where it leads.
