wonder … fender top luxury home is only $ 1200 … but a low end Gibson Les Paul Studio and is $ 1200, why is this? I mean I'm looking to buy my next guitar and have narrowed down to two … but I want my 1200 to go to an instrument end of very good quality high …
One word. QUALITY. I suggest doing a lot of research about the things you want in the shopping and comparison with other brands, read reviews, it looks like you're already doing, but I do extensive research and I'm usually very surprised, but what I learn. Personally, I like the sound of a Gibson LP, but in all things music when it comes to guitars and stuff, what your ears like? Some people may use a defense of a music genre and a gibson for another. The best way to get the most out of your money is to try both guitars and see which you like better, it's all preference when it comes to guitars. Therefore, it really comes down to the sound you are trying to achieve out of the guitar, but like I said, they try out both in the local guitar shop and see what sounds best to you, then you will be pleased with the guitar you're buying!
