Um, how to read guitar note the fingering?

I have my guitar, and I do not know how to read, how to play it .. what do the circles and x mean on top ….? And you only keep the threads if there is a line across the top? How to f? The O's mean open play, string, no frets. The X does not play that string "stun" it with your left hand fingers. (The is, if you passed right). And yes, if there is a line across the fret board, you are "bar" all the strings on that fret. They may be not all of them to play, that the federal government, but you still bar the whole thing.
