and music theory help guitar chord?

Okay, so I'm terrible with music theory, despite playing a number of instruments. So my question is, who can play music explain basic theory (especially guitar) well and without sending a 50-part music theory classes or something. I can read music and all, not only understand the concept of 5ths and 7ths and scale progressions. Can someone help me? Thank you!
