Can not figure out why my pick keeps going out?
I have an Epiphone Les Paul Special II, and the recent pick up the closest to the Fingerboard keeps going out. If I switch the rhythm ot set and in the middle, there is no problem. But sometimes when I go to the heights, a loss of tone on and off. I realize that the pickup slightly crooked and it occurred, it was like when I bought it second hand, but it never had problems until now. Does anyone know a solution to this? Or at least, one could identify the problem? Thanks in advance
If you can see on both sides of the pickup in question, you should see two small screws. On the side that is submerged, turn the screw counterclockwise. This should increase the pickup page. Turning up the pickup is relatively level, and the problem should resolved be. could over time and with hard use the pickups to shift and move, and if one side of the pickup moves too far from the strings, it will not recognize and transmit sound in certain positions. If this does not work, you could be on the market for a new set of pickups. Good luck!
