Guitar Rig 4/ Rig session Recording Problems !!!!?
I recently got guitar rig session for Christmas and unfortunately nothing seems to be working. I am Running on Windows Xp. I have everything connected but guitar rig 4 wont pick up any sound. When I initially start it, when i strum I can see the DB meter move but after a 5-10 seconds, it wont move anymore. Which is strange because it was working perfectly yesterday. Which then leads me to my next problem. Yesterday while it was working, I could not get any sound out of my computer speakers while playing. Is it absolutely necessary to have an out put (such as an amp) hooked up to my guitar rig box in order to hear the sound ? or is there a way in which I can hear it through my speakers. The only way I could hear what I played yesterday was by recording and saving the file and then playing it with media player. but there’s still more… I can not get cubase Le 4 to record any thing that I play on the guitar. If someone could tell wth is going wrong I would greatly appreciate it.
pack it up take it back,and start all over.
