Guitar Rig (Kontrol) noise via laptop while charging?

I have a 4 run Guitar Rig Kontrol Rig 4 and when I run a living system through my Samsung portable audio quality is bright until i plug in the portable charger. When I get what I'm studying possibility of a ground loop. How I can remove this?
