Marshall Guitar Amplifiers Watt

Guitar amp settings?
I have a 15 watt Marshall amp and I was wondering what style of music each setting is used for? They are: Gain, Bass, contour, and treble. I know what the gain is mainly used by most hard rock songs if you want distortion. Serious high if you want to play metal. Not sure about the shape and although the treble. Also, the settings allow me to get the best acoustic sound? Thanks.
Hmm. Well, I at one of these at Guitar Center the other day, so I have a very good idea of what can be done. Gain = distortion. Low = lower end. Contour = mid-blade or drive. Treble = … well, the treble. The high-range frequencies. This particular amplifier is not a lot of profit, which easily take advantage of them and do not think it was too crazy, but usually I do not go up that high. More gain = more distortion. In general, the gain too = lint, static noise, and less clearly, but this amp does not seem to have enough to really suffer there. You do not really need a ton of low to play metal … in all actuality, less serious usually better if you're playing in a band or recording. For things on my own, umm, whatever. The Contour command is a bit weird with amplifiers Marshall. If you turn left, driving the CDF, if you turn right, cut 'em. , Left for a more classic sound and suitable for a more solid. Modern So anyway, my distortion amp settings are usually: Low 5-6, 6-8 Stroke, 7-8 acute gain of 8.7 This amplifier in particular, these values will undoubtedly have to be adjusted for a good sound of your guitar, etc. should also be noted that the EQ settings can be different depending volume – high volume not want to be pushing a lot of serious, since it is easy to get a lot of mud, but usually have to adjust the treble when down the volume up / down. To obtain an acceptable acoustic bass tone 4.5 Mid / Treble Contour 7.5 6.8 (no gain on the clean channel, right?) Its rough get an acoustic tone with just one amp – its a little easier with some EQ, and much easier with an acoustic simulator pedal, but in the end is difficult to get an acoustic sound good with anything but an acoustic this. For amplifier, in particular, to obtain the closest thing to modern metal tone you can get: Under 5.6 Mid / Treble Gain Contour 6.8 6.8 10 If you're playing with friends, in general, you want to reduce the bass and notched a 1-3 win and move the contour of 1.3 notches to the left. You'll notice I gave a lot of range … really depends on your guitar. What works for my body Basswood LTD pills with high output Seymour Duncan and preamplifier does not necessarily work well for you, in other words. Good luck! Saul
