I will not sue my former friend again my guitar and breaks my guitar amp?
About a year ago I got my Ibanez (RG) guitar and Marshall MG for a friend to our band practice amplifier. I left both my guitar and amp there thinking I was back in the next week of practice but never returned, and it remained in his house for over a year. Since then he has moved out of town for college, and he took my guitar with him for some Reason. His family still lives in the area, so I went to his house last week for my amp and when I brought her home I noticed that a piece on the input was broken, and the sound was not working very well. I was merely going to his house and kicking his ass, but now I think thinking about him in small claims Court. He does not answer all my phone calls or e-mail and will hang up sometimes when I call. Should I just mistakes, until he returns or should I sue him?
