What is the best way to learn the electric guitar?
Do not have time for a private instructor, so I'm pretty much stuck with the internet or DVD. I've done my searches and there are many, but what is the best way for someone who really wants to learn to play, not just read labels. With experience, knowledge, answers only please.
to tell you the truth, the best players are those who forget the DVD's tab, and the game fair. the best way to learn guitar is to have lots of practice and lots of encouragement. Most people end up leaving the guitar because it is not willing to put in time. My suggestion would be to listen to great music of inspiration and practice, practice, practice. learn basic chords and scales to start moving towards above and pentatonic. just remember this, taking guitar lessons, are you there to learn about the theory and "how" to play. most of people quit lessons because he did not get to 'play'. that's what practice is for
