Rock Guitar Eq Settings

Ive just started getting into playing guitar. And I'm trying to find some good settings for me amplifier. I have an Ibanez Gio Electric Guitar Series. Two Single Coil + 1 Humbucker. Various pedals. (Equation, ML-2, Ibanez Chorus) I have go to a Marshall MG 100DFX. I would see if anyone knows how to set up for Lead Guitar Breaking Benjamin, Drowning Pool, Three Days Grace, basically just setting rock. And, does anyone have the Marshall MG 102 DFX? I'm thinking about the trade so I can get a stereo, which sounds more complete. Thanks to
Hi Benjamin, I personally have not heard the bands I mentioned, but I guess not so off the mark with the following amp settings for "Rock Settings "Given their amp knobs go from 0-10, low: 4 Middle: 7 Treble: 5 Set the guitar controllers on the same line. Tinker: I like usually as a means> Tasting> Bass. Not that you can not change … Together with the previous settings, use the neck pickup for a more "whole" sound, and the bridge pickup to sound more "nasal" or harder … Add a touch of reverb or chorus light and you're ready to go. PS: If I can sincerely suggest something … since you've just started playing the guitar, I urge you to get used to the bare minimum * (guitar + amp only) and learn to work with him before going to pedals and effects. His good character building exercise for beginners to play electric. You have to learn guitar amplifiers and naked nature to add sparkle to use pedals and stuff. But ultimately up to you.
