Need help in the price of the guitar?
I'm thinking of selling my Epiphone Sheraton II, which is vintage sunburst and in perfect condition, in the classifieds newspapers. I've only had for 2 months and plays like a beauty and I wondered how he would be willing to pay for it so I could have a idea of how much to ask.
50% new price is a good starting point for what you will get a used instrument. Any damage or wear to reduce, course. If it were a very special instrument (eg a limited edition Martin or bourgeois) things would be different, but a run of the plant will mark B brings more than 50% of new, and quite possibly less.
